Get in touch with us to express your interest in enrolling your child. This helps us begin the process and answer any initial questions you may have.
Email us a copy of your child’s EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) along with any other relevant documents or reports that will help us understand their needs.
We will arrange a home visit to observe your child in a familiar environment. This helps us assess whether we can provide the right support and plan any adjustments they may need at camp.
If we feel WhizKid Wonderland is a suitable match for your child, we will ask you to fill in all the necessary enrolment forms, including emergency contact details, medical information, and consent forms.
Once all forms are complete, you will need to make the required payment to secure your child’s place at the camp.
At WhizKid Wonderland Holiday Camp, we take safety seriously. All staff undergo thorough training and a detailed induction process before working with children. There is always a qualified first aider on site, and we maintain a low staff-to-child ratio to provide close, consistent supervision. Children are never left alone and are always supported and encouraged to take part in all activities, with adaptations made as needed to ensure every child can be included safely and confidently.
To help your child have the best possible experience at WhizKid Wonderland Holiday Camp, please make sure you have read and understood the Parent Handbook before their first day. It contains important information about our routines, policies, and what to expect.
Children will be taking part in lots of fun and sometimes messy activities, so please dress them in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. We also recommend packing a spare set of clothes, just in case.

We understand that some children may take time to settle into a new environment, especially if it’s their first time at camp. At WhizKid Wonderland Holiday Camp, our staff are trained to provide gentle support, reassurance, and patience to help your child feel safe and comfortable. If your child is finding it difficult to settle, we will work closely with you to understand their needs and put strategies in place that can help – whether that’s introducing them to camp gradually, offering more one-to-one support, or incorporating familiar routines or comfort items. Communication is key, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way to ensure your child has a positive and enjoyable experience.
